If you email, call, or message us directly, we also receive the contact details and content you send. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, payment card numbers, or confidential third-party data in your inquiry.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell-side tracking on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you mute the site's sound, we store that preference in your browser's local storage; it is not sent to us.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Unqualified or inactive inquiries are deleted within a reasonable period, generally within 24 months.
