1. About the Site

PREDICT AI (“PREDICT AI,” “we,” “us”) provides custom AI development services — including AI agents, business process automation, and systems integration — to businesses in the United States. The Site describes those services and lets you submit a project inquiry.

2. Project inquiries are not contracts

Submitting the inquiry form, emailing us, or speaking with us does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement. Budget ranges are for planning only and are not quotes. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties, which will control scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables, and confidentiality. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential, trade-secret, or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form; we will agree on appropriate confidentiality terms before you share such material. We will use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation
• Submit spam, malicious code, or false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape or copy the Site at scale, or reverse engineer any part of it, except as permitted by law

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, code, and 3D visuals, is owned by PREDICT AI or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.

6. Demo content and third-party names

The live demo on the Site uses clearly labeled sample data and does not connect to real systems. It illustrates our approach and is not a guarantee of any specific result. Third-party product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners, are referenced only as examples of systems that can be integrated, and do not imply any partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREDICT AI and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
